Behind the Make Up

Rina E Cosmetics was founded by Ambur and Kandis Rutledge.  Their passion for make up started at a young age due to watching their mother getting ready in the mornings. After losing their mother in March 2020 the ladies wanted to find a way to honor their mother and still do what they loved. In 2021 both girls started modeling which further fueled their love for make up and networking. Rina E. Cosmetics is where their passion and honor meet. Rina E Cosmetics got it's name by meshing their mother's nickname (Rina short for Corina) and middle initial  (Elizabeth).   

Ambur is a mother of one daughter, author, model and life coach. She loves to spend her free time writing. Ambur also enjoys meditation in the morning and spending time with her loved ones.

Kandis is currently is a model, and certified medical assistant in the state of Washington. She spends her free time networking, making bead jewelry, hanging out with friends, auntie niece dates and spoiling her fur baby Ares.
