Shipping Policy

We ship all packages through USPS. Confirmation and tracking will be emailed to you within 48 hours; please allow 7-14 business days from confirmation for delivery. 

Return & Exchange Policy

There will be no returns, exchanges, or refunds given if product is more than half empty. Any damages done from shipping needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or even exchange. Any damage reported after 48 hours is not our responsibility and will not be replaced.  Refunds will only be given if no resolve can be reached and the items are returned. 

In the case of a shade not matching a report needs to be made within 72 hours, the bottle needs to be more than half full and sent back. We will replace the item as soon as the old one is returned.
